Zombies are an enemy that appears in Medal of Honor: Underground on the Panzerknacker Unleashed! bonus mission, specifically on the second level, Rotten to the Corps.
Zombies function similarly to common enemies, but only make groaning noises and will explode upon death unless when killed by explosives, making them quite dangerous up close and can catch the player off-guard, althought the explosion can harm both the player and enemies alike, which can be used to the player's advantage. They are also one of the most dangerous enemies, since they don't miss shots with their MP40s.
Zombies are sometimes accompanied by Knights, and are armed with MP40s and Model 24 Stielhandgranates. Some even ride BMW R75 motorcycles.
