The Vickers-Berthier is a British Machine Gun only found in Medal of Honor: Allied Assault: Breakthrough. The Vickers was developed as a replacement for the Lewis gun and it was adopted in 1932 along with the Bren. The Vickers was mostly used by the British Indian Army while the British Army used the Bren.

The Vickers-Berthier is a rare weapon in Breakthrough's single player. It can be picked up during the Airfield mission from a display case. The Vickers is the preffered weapon of Terry Lyndon and Lt.Philips. In multiplayer the Vickers is available for the British soldiers as their light machine gun. The Vickers has slow rate of fire but high damage and recoil. It is advised to fire it in short bursts and fire it within in medium-long ranges.
