Panzerknacker (lit. "Tank/Armor Cracker" in German) is a character featured in the original Medal of Honor and Medal of Honor: Underground.
Background[]
The Panzerknacker is a robot soldier (termed as an "automaton") created by a mad scientist formerly affiliated to the SS to help Germany's war effort. It has a similar appearance to a nutcracker soldier.
Medal of Honor[]
In the original Medal of Honor, the Panzerknacker appears as a multiplayer character.
Medal of Honor: Underground[]
In Medal of Honor: Underground, the Panzerknacker is the main focus of the Panzerknacker Unleashed! bonus mission where Patterson collects its parts throughout his way on a castle in the Black Forest and eventually assembles it to aid him in breaking out from the castle through hostile Panzerknackers and a Panzer IV.
