The Panzerfaust is a German anti-tank weapon only featured in Medal of Honor: Underground.

First Panzerfausts were used in Russia in 1943. They were made of thin barrel filled with gunpowder whose ignition launched the warhead on the top. Earlier versions were notorious for often ricocheting.

Medal of Honor: Underground[]

The Panzerfaust 30 first appears in the last level of first mission. It is able to destroy a tank in 3 to 4 shots, depending on location of shot. It's best to aim for turret or back. This weapon is also very powerful against infantry. Enemies don't frequently use the Panzerfaust, instead they use Panzerschreck, as in the first game. It's also a starting weapon in mission Last Rites at Monte Cassino. In level Operation Marketplace player has an objective to acquire a Panzerfaust and use it to destroy a tank. Although being one-shot weapon, the Panzerfaust can be used further by using cheat code for unlimited ammunition and the weapon is fired rapidly when used.

In the beta version of Medal of Honor: Underground, the panzerfuast was light grey in color.[1]

Medal of Honor: European Assault[]

The Panzerfaust 60 is seen being held by Franz Gruebner in a promotinal screenshot and a picture of the Panzerfaust exists but the weapon itself does not appear which means it was possibly cut from the game.

Medal of Honor: Above and Beyond[]

The Panzerfaust appears in the game Medal of Honor: Above and Beyond.
