Mortar Strike Icon MOH2010

The Mortar Strike icon.

A Mortar Strike is a 50-point offensive Support Action.

It awards the player by launching a number of mortars into the air, and landing onto the targeted area. The use of the mortar strike is disputed, as the 50-point defensive support is more useful for a team, and the mortars have a very low AoE. However, when a M3A3 Bradley or many enemies are involved, a mortar strike proves itself useful. The U.S. Military use the M224 and the OPFOR use the M57.
