The Molotov Cocktail or Petrol Bombs is a generic name used for bottle based improvised incendiary grenade. The Molotov Cocktail only appears in Medal of Honor: Underground. In World War 2 the Molotov cocktails were mostly used by resistance fighters and partisans but they saw some use by soldiers as well.

The Molotov Cocktail appears in the first and seventh mission. The Molotov functions more like an impact grenade where it will blow up when hitting any surface and have a longer blast. Like the Stielhandgranate it can be caught by enemy soldiers. Due to it's fragile nature, when it's thrown, it is advised to throw it when there is no obstacle around the player.
