Belly of the Beast
The Chinook is the transport vehicle for the U.S. Army Rangers in Belly of the Beast. It delivers the rangers to a remote location in the mountains, where they proceed to assault a medium-sized village.

Compromised
In Compromised, AFO Team Neptune orders extraction via Chinook, but the LZ for their pickup comes under heavy fire, and AFO members Mother and Rabbit are evacuated.

During the re-insertion to look for the rest of their squad, AFO Team Neptunes' Chinook is show down during the insertion. It lands safely near the edge of the cliff.
Rescue the Rescuers
During the beginning of Rescue the Rescuers, the infiltration of the mission goes awry, and the helicopter comes under massive fire, and having multiple casualties.
During the final cutscene, Voodoo, Preacher and Mother sit near the back of the Chinook, remembering Rabbit.
