The M1014 is a semi-automatic shotgun available for the missions "Belly of the Beast" and "Rescuing the Rescuers" in Medal of Honor (2010). It was a purpose-built combat shotgun, with a semi-automatic firemode and a 7-round tube magazine. It is not available for use in multiplayer.

In-game[]

It is powerful and has decent range, but has a slow reload and only allows seven shells in its magazine. Unlike all the available shotguns in-game, both in multiplayer and singleplayer, the M1014 is semi-automatic, making it more effective against groups than the Remington 870. However, like all other shotguns, the reload time is quite long as the player has to load the shells one by one.

This weapon is Dante Adams' weapon of choice for close range combat. In Belly of the Beast, the M1014 has no attachment. Later in the last mission, Rescuing the Rescuers, a holographic sight is equipped.

Trivia:[]

  • The "M1014" is the military designation for the Benelli M4 with collapsible stock. The one in-game is the civilian model with a fixed stock.
