The character was cut out of the game, so there is not much information about him. He was a member of the French resistance and judging by the game files, he was supposed to appear at the Diverting the Enemy.
Trivia[]
- His model uses the same face as Jack Grillo.
- Jeff was created and cut before the appearance of Jack Grillo, obviously the developers used the materials of the cut character to create a new one.
