The Glock 18 or G18 is a 9mm handgun with full-auto and semi-auto firemodes featured in Medal of Honor: Warfighter.

Medal of Honor: Warfighter[edit | edit source]

"A fully automatic pistol ideal for close quarter combat and personal defense. It can quickly stop multiple threats when used in the right hands."
— Battlelog Description

The G18, as it's known in the game, is only available in multiplayer as the sidearm of the Sniper Class. True to the real world counterpart, the recoil when firing in full auto is severe, limiting its range, although in a close quarters situation the recoil is not as noticeable. Its 33 round magazine is almost double the size of the other handguns, but does the least amount of damage per shot of all the pistols.

The main benefit the G18 has over the other semi-only pistols is that not only is the pistol that can fire fully automatically, but it does not suffer from the same Rate of Fire (or ROF) restrictions. Essentially, it will shoot as fast as the player can pull the trigger. The other pistols, including the Glock 23 have a maximum restricted ROF which can limit the speed of the quick trigger.

It should be noted, however, that the G18 currently has a glitch where the plus one round in the chamber is not registered. This means that whenever the player reloads the weapon, empty or not, it will still get the 33 rounds in the mag instead of 34 rounds.
