Frogmen are scuba divers trained for military and police work. They were supposed to appear as a German sabotage unit in Medal of Honor: Allied Assault.

Their unpainted texture can be found in the game files, along with all the other German units and characters. It's unknown where they were supposed to appear, but given the fact that German frogmen belonged to the Kriegsmarine, it is likely that they would have appeared as enemies in the Scuttling the U-529 mission.
Given that the German swimmers were trying to destroy the Remagen bridge, it is possible that they could have appeared on a cut mission that took place there.
