The Projector, Infantry, Anti Tank is a British anti-tank weapon only featured in Medal of Honor: Allied Assault: Breakthrough. The PIAT was designed in 1942 in response to the British Army's need for a more effective infantry anti-tank weapon, and entered service in 1943. The PIAT uses the same principle as the Bazooka and Panzerschreck, but can only be mounted on tripod as it is very difficult to maneuver it and also heavy to carry by a paratrooper at that time.

Medal of Honor: Allied Assault: Breakthrough[]

The PIAT in single player appears in the Monte Cassino campaign. It takes 2 rockets to take out a Panzer tank and can be useful against infantry as well. The PIAT in multiplayer is available for the British soldiers and it replaces the M1 Bazooka. The PIAT's rocket has a slightly lower range than the Bazooka's but it reloads faster. Like the Bazooka and Panzerschreck it cannot be used while moving and only can be used once the player stands still. In real life, the weapon needed to be cocked in a vertical position, which does not happen in the game. It can be used in all levels by using the cheat codes to unlock all weapons and unlimited ammunition.
