Carcano is a bolt-action, stripper-clip fed rifle utilized by the Italian Army in Medal of Honor: Allied Assault: Breakthrough. It carries six rounds in its internal magazine and does high damage. The Carcano was the standard issued rifle to Italian soldiers in World War 2. It was produced from 1891 to 1945 and still remained service in a few countries.

Carcano M1891 only appears in Allied Assault's second expansion pack Breakthrough where it is one of the primary weapons of Italian soldiers. Carcano first can be picked up in Point Carriere from an Italian soldier. Depending on the version of the game the player can use this rifle in Sicily. The last time is used by a player in Anzio. Carcano has high damage but slow rate of fire. It is advised to use the rifle from long range to pick off enemies from a safe distance. Carcano can be choosen as a starting weapon for Italian soldiers in multiplayer.
