Battery is a cut item from Medal of Honor: Allied Assault.

The battery icon can be found in the game files. Where and for what it was to be used is unknown. Maybe it had to be used to make some device work.
The battery was modeled after type SEUa 12 Volt Umformer, which was used as a power supply for german Fusprech.f radiostation (used primarily in Sd.Kfz 250 and 251 armored vehicles).[1][2] The item's 3D model still remains in the game files. Its texture is broken, but by tweaking the alpha channel it can be fully restored. It is possible to spawn model in game, although is has no function.
Given the fact SEUa inverter was used in radiostations mounted in armored vehicles, it is possible that battery was supposed to appear somewhere during mission Day of the Tiger.
