- Given that the landing at Anzio on January 22, 1944 took place without a fight, the events of the level are not historically accurate.
- K5 guns did not become operational in Anzio until February, and the guns were destroyed by the Germans themselves in May, due to the inability to evacuate, rather than by Allied forces.
