The British 6th Airborne Division nicknamed: "Red Devils" is a faction featured in Medal of Honor: Allied Assault: Spearhead. The 6th Airborned Division formed in mid-1943 and first deployed in Operation: Overlord. After Normandy the division took part in the Battle of the Bulge and later in Operation: Varsity. The 6th Airborne Division was disbanded in 1948.

Members of the 6th Airborne Division appears in the first mission of Spearhead.Their objectives were to destroy several Flak 88s, assassinate a SS Colonel and to destroy a bridge. With the help of Sgt.Barnes their objectives were a success. Unfortunately two members of the squad killed during the mission.

- In Breakthrough almost every British soldier model's re-uses the 6th Airborne Captain multiplayer skin.
- It is strange that in-game most of the British soldiers are wearing berets. However in real life most British soldiers wore steel helmets during combat.
