The 36th Infantry Division, nicknamed "Arrowhead" is a faction in Medal of Honor: Airborne. The division was deployed in both World Wars. After the Second World War the 36th was deactivated until 2004 when the 49th Armored Division was redesignated as the 36th Infantry Division.

Medal of Honor: Airborne[]

A demolition squad from 36th Infantry Division, as part of the US Army North (Fifth Army), appears in Operation: Avalanche. They were sent to destroy German Flak 88 cannons. Shortly after they arrived and joined forces of the 82nd Airborne Division they got ambushed by a squad of Waffen SS soldiers. With the help of Private First Class Travers the 36th and the 82nd managed to fight off the ambush. Cpl.Kish and two other 36th soldier blew the gate leading to the hilltop temple where the 88s are located. The group fought their way through the heavy resistance and signaled to the Allied planes which blew up the temple along with the 88s.
