The .30 AN/M2 is a special version of the M1919A4 Browning machine gun which appears in Medal of Honor: Pacific Assault. The .30 AN/M2 (not to be confused with the .50 AN/M2) was an aircraft variant of the M1919A4 which had a lighter receiver and thinner barrel, higher rate of fire and the ability to be fed from either side of the gun. The flexible mount variant of the .30 AN/M2 is also the only production variant of the M1919 that was fitted with spade grips.

Dual Mounted .30 AN/M2 machine guns appear on board of the SBD Dauntless during the mission Flyboys. The weapon was used by Thomas Conlin to defend the plane from Japanese Zero fighters. The .30 AN/M2 has unlimited ammo and cannot be overheated. It does not appear anywhere else in the game.
